Today we visited the Downtown branch at 8:48 PM. Unfortunately, the employee at the cashier had a very rude and unprofessional attitude while dealing with us. His behavior was disrespectful and created a very unpleasant experience. This kind of treatment is not acceptable for customers, and it reflects poorly on the branch. We hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed so that other customers do not have the same experience. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
