Your food is delicious, while your service is strange. why your korean staff speaks to her white colleague with smile, but speaks to me without expression ????? If so, I won't recommend asian people to eat here. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Breakfast

21/05/2026 - My family and I dined at BOBBYQ tonight. Upon leaving, we paid the bill of around $184 (for 3 people) and were handed a valid tax invoice. Out of nowhere, the management chased us up, claiming they hadn't received the funds. We went back inside and spent ages trying to sort it out, but the manager was incredibly rude and hostile. Despite us showing them clear proof of the successful transaction on our banking app alongside the printed receipt, they flat out refused to accept it. To make matters worse, they actually tried to block us from leaving the venue. They were treating us like we were trying to pull a 'dine and dash'. The moment I called them out on this and firmly proposed calling the police, they suddenly conveniently forgot how to speak English. Pulling the "language barrier" card to dodge the cops and escape accountability was a pathetic, cowardly move. They seriously need to learn English, or at least learn how their own EFTPOS machine works. I ended up leaving my phone number for them to double-check their bank statements later.
