I’ve been to BOCADO multiple times and have always enjoyed the food. But DO NOT COME HERE TO WATCH THE WORLD CUP. It is unorganized and the staff are not prepared to host a large amount of customers. I made a reservation for the patio and then got a notification that it was cancelled. My husband and I then called, made a new reservation and then where still seated inside despite asking for the patio. Our group wanted to sit on the patio because it was advertised as being energetic on tik tok and honestly, the restaurant inside had more energy. The water IS NOT FREE. Our table didn’t ask for water but our waiter brought bottles to our table. We assumed they were free because we DID NOT ask for water. They were $4 each. On top of that, It was also hot inside. The restroom has the best AC. They did not have enough menus for everyone so we had to share 1 menu with the tables around us. Again, I have been here a few times for dinner and when I have ordered drinks they are bigger than what we were served during the game. We were still charged the same price $14. I have uploaded a picture of the ridiculously small drink. Our first waiter barely came to our table and we ended up calling another waiter that was walking by to take our order. He was amazing and he’s honestly the only reason I am giving 2 stars. If you’re going to advertise this as “the place” to go watch a massive sports event, be prepared and provide free water if you’re going to keep people sweating inside.

Even though they forgot to assign us a waiter , our savior of the night arrived: Ms. Yandri. She kindly took care of us—she gets a 100 out of 100! Thank you for your excellent service . The food was delicious, as were the drinks; everything was great. Thank you so much, Yandri, and a big thanks to the person who prepared our *Tostada Sinaloa*—it was excellent Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
