We went to Bolota for lunch and were surprised by the space and the flavors. We ordered 3 different dishes: tofu kebab with peanut sauce, seitan timbale and the dish of the day - spinach gratin. They were all delicious, with great presentation and a great combination of flavors. To finish, the desserts were also very good (we forgot to take photos) - red fruit tiramisu and almond and chickpea pie. The service was also excellent, Susana very kindly explained each dish and presented us with a different drinks menu. More than I recommend. If you pass through Castro Verde, I would say it is a must-see, right in the center.
