It has always been quite challenging to find quality food shops in Fakirhat. For a long time, local people like us had to depend on small stores with very limited options and often questionable quality. Whenever we wanted to buy good quality sweets, snacks, or bakery items for special occasions or to treat guests, we usually had to travel to nearby towns or cities. It was both time-consuming and inconvenient, especially for those who do not have easy access to transportation. But ever since Bonoful opened its branch here in Fakirhat, things have started to feel a little different. Bonoful is a name we have trusted for years for its fresh, delicious sweets and bakery items. Their reputation for maintaining hygiene and quality is well known across Bangladesh. Now, having them in our area means we don’t have to compromise when it comes to taste and quality. We can easily buy freshly made snacks, biscuits, cakes, and traditional sweets without worrying about hygiene or freshness. It feels great to see that more reputed brands like Bonoful are expanding to places like Fakirhat, which usually get neglected when it comes to quality food outlets. This not only benefits the local people but also creates jobs for many. I sincerely hope Bonoful continues to maintain its standard here, just like they have done in other cities. If they can keep up the quality and service, they will surely earn the love and trust of the people of Fakirhat for a long time. Here’s wishing Bonoful all the best for their new branch in our town. Avoid the Bonoful,Fakirhat branch at all costs. My family and I have consistently lost money here due to their stale, often rotten products. It's deeply frustrating when you purchase sweets which often lack clear expiry dates, relying on the shop's integrity, only to find them unfit for consumption. This repeated betrayal of trust is simply unacceptable. Beyond the inedible goods, the customer service is equally abysmal, with staff who are unhelpful and disengaged. This branch is truly the worst of the Bonoful chain and desperately needs to address its severe issues with product freshness and customer care. Frankly, even street food is far more reliable than what this Bonoful branch offers. Perhaps they should consider closing shop and pursuing a business more aligned with stale and rotten things like trash collection. Save your money and your taste buds , shop elsewhere.
