You can come to this restaurant after seeing Tuen Mun Town Plaza. B. O. T. H. Eatery offers you to try nicely cooked tiramisu. The courteous staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Most visitors say that the service is fast. 職員態度傲慢，對客人視而不見，管理人員縱容下屬莫視客人不滿。 2025年6月8日中午大約12點，我喺屯門市廣場3樓 b.o.t.h. eatery 門外等位，期間我曾向職員示意我喺度等緊，但佢哋完全無理會。大約五分鐘後，有兩位客人自己入咗去揾位坐，一位金髮職員示意佢哋可以坐近門口嘅枱。 我向水吧位一位男職員表達不滿，佢竟然話：「咩事先呀！你要位咪等囉。」其後有位女職員行過嚟問我幾多位，我話想搵經理，佢就搵咗一位叫 M***姐 嘅女士出嚟。. M***姐 問我：「發生咩事呀？」我將頭先嘅情況同佢講一遍，佢話：「人哋兩位，你五位，梗係俾人哋先囉。」我回應：「你啲職員根本無行過嚟睇。」佢再講：「咁你要位就出面等啦。」 我問有冇正式嘅投訴渠道，佢話冇，仲話：「呢間舖係我開嘅，我最大！」我認為呢間餐廳嘅員工態度極之惡劣，連一般街坊茶餐廳都好過佢哋。. At around 12 noon on June 8, 2025, I was waiting outside the b.o.t.h. eatery on the 3rd floor of Tuen Mun Town Plaza. I signaled to the staff that I was waiting, but they ignored me. About five minutes later, two customers entered and seated themselves. A blonde staff member indicated that they could sit at a table near the entrance. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the male staff member at the drinks bar. He replied, “What’s the matter?! If you want a table, then wait.” Then a female staff member came over and asked how many people were in my party. I said I wanted to speak to the manager. She brought over a woman called Ms. M***. Ms. M*** asked, “What happened?” I explained the situation again. She said, “They are a party of two, and you’re five, so of course we let them go first.” I responded, “Your staff didn’t even come over.” She said, “If you want a table, wait outside.”. When I asked if there was a way to file a complaint, she said there wasn’t, and even claimed, “This restaurant is mine. I’m the boss!” The attitude in this restaurant is worse than that of some local cha chaan tengs (Hong Kong-style diners). Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
