For me, this is the best food in the mall! I've eaten here several times, and it's ALWAYS a good time. All the meat options are delicious, especially the gyro meat. The fries are perfect: crispy outside, soft inside, well seasoned. If you're hitting up the A&W next to this place cause you want good fries, just go to Bowl n Bite to get good fries while supporting a small local business. The desserts are also excellent. I've gotten the baklava several times and the tiramisu frequently comes to my mind. As far as expectations for your experience, expect to get offered a sample of their meats (if you eat meat) if it's your first time. They'll all be delicious but it's helpful. You choose either a bowl or a wrap. Regardless of the choice you'll get a generous portion of what you choose to put inside it. You follow along the side Subway-style letting them know what you want in your bowl or wrap. PLEASE give this man his own restaurant!! We ordered a wrap with fries and a baklava. The fries were perfectly seasoned and flavorful and the dip that went with it is unmatched! The food was unbelievably delicious, and the man behind the counter had the best vibe and incredible customer service! This is without a doubt my new favorite place at the mall! The authenticity and layers of flavor are incredible. I would come back for just the food but the service makes the restaurant stand apart. The owner is attentive and kind and makes his customers feel like family. So excited for good ethnic food in Rochester!
