Shambles ...... placed 2 card machines ..now they expect everyone to use them without even asking what you want and when you need assistance your made to feel like it's a chore

Amazing service from Phillip every time we go in there his customer service is impeccable and he is a credit to the company he’s always happy to help and actually talks to the customers.

Horrible experience, used the air compression machine today and displayed E1 on the machine and fully deflated my tyres. Told the manager there and she said she can only give me a £3 refund. After negotiating, she raised it to £6 which showed she lied about only being able to give a £3 refund. This wasn’t the full refund by the way. This occurred at night and then asked them what i can do, she rudely said ‘you’re going to stay overnight or what?’. I had to call a friend to bring a handheld tyre pressure. Avoid this BP garage please
