Visited BP Fuel Station and had a good overall experience. The station was clean, convenient, and easy to access. The service was good, and the facilities were well maintained. A reliable place to stop for fuel and other essentials while travelling. Overall, a good and convenient fuel station.

Very Disappointing Customer Service – Poor Attitude I filled up my car at this fuel station on 20 August 2026 at around 10:00 AM, and unfortunately the customer service was extremely disappointing. The staff member at the counter appeared completely uninterested and stood there with a very unfriendly, blank attitude. I understand that staff are not necessarily required to greet every customer, but when a customer politely says “hello” or wishes them, the minimum level of common courtesy and professionalism is to respond. What made it worse was that it was around 10:00 AM and the staff member looked like they had just started their shift. If someone is beginning their day working with customers, starting with such a negative and unfriendly attitude creates a very poor impression. I also understand that staff may be tired or having a bad day, but customers should not have to experience that attitude. Working at a petrol station involves dealing with customers throughout the shift, and basic communication, politeness and professionalism should be expected. I’m not complaining because someone didn’t say hello first. I’m complaining about the overall attitude and lack of basic customer service. A simple greeting or polite response can make a big difference to a customer’s experience. Very disappointing experience. Management should seriously look into the customer service standards and staff attitude at this station.
