Very bad experience with the staff !! They didn’t let me wash my car at 8:40pm and they were very aggressive to me explaining that ! I came to wash my car before a very important job working as a private chauffeur/close protection ! They said that the neighbours complained about the noise that the automatic car wash makes but legally it wasn’t any issues (time being 8:40pm) . Very unprofessional staff !!

All the staff are always very helpful and polite even today when one staff member was doing the til, food and drink whilst it was quite busy. He did so ensuring he was hygienic between food and til and with a smile and answering queries at the same time. Good choice of cakes etc in wild bean cafe and lots of m&s food. Never had any problems with the fuel pumps. Usually in and out very quickly. Also used the loo and few times and it’s always clean.

Couldn't understand what the operators were saying as they weren't speaking or understanding English. I had to call the supervisor so we can actually communicate. The staff were rude and intimidating, so i won't use BP again.
