Customer service staff failed to listen. The first words out of mouth were "Could I get a bag for those too please?" I wanted a bag because I was about to put oil in my car and wanted my hands free so I could put my other goods in the car together. I paid for the goods and staff pushed the items back to me to which I said "I asked for a bag mate" his response was "Oh, it's 15 cents for a bag" I'd already paid, I'm not undertaking a 2nd transaction for the bag. (Was very happy to pay 15cents on the 1st transaction, but he obviously failed here and then compounded that mistake) I said "Forget it mate, good luck" and left dissatisfied. I pay extra for better service and products at your stores. BP Eaglevale is my local and I would say they give exemplary service compared to this. If you can, avoid this store and go to BP eaglevale imo. Customer service is easy to get right, I work in the industry and yes, my store charges for bags and the money goes to charity. Lift your game BP Truckstop.
