I visited BP Cannington last night and was very disappointed with the customer service. An old lady at servo was disrespectful and made me feel humiliated. I hope BP addresses this issue and ensures customers are treated with respect.

Charmaine, I hope I’ve got your name right. The beautiful lady. You make hands down the best chai latte around — no competition. I’ve tried others, and honestly, nothing comes close. You clearly know what you’re doing. I’ll be honest — you can look a bit strict at first, but I’ve realised it’s just because you don’t tolerate nonsense (which, fair enough, given the kind of people you probably deal with all day). If you treat her with respect, she’s actually one of the most genuine and solid people behind the counter. A bit tough on the outside, but delivers every single time — good service and even better chai. Keep doing your thing, legend.

Unprofessional and non ethical behaviour by the old lady charmaine. She don’t know how to treat the customers. All the time I visit this fuel station this lady behaves very rude and zero customer service. I don’t know why BP management hire such arrogant workers. I visited this station at 8:10.
