Even after getting these many reviews for poor customer service, you haven't show any effort to advice your staff ( especially Charmine) how to behave to customers . Very rude lady. Everytime I go there , hoping it's not her, because of her poor customer service she displays. Please take immediate action, as this is not what customer expects from Bp.

There is no proper management during the busy morning hours. I had to wait 15 minutes just to get a coffee. There was a staff member working outside, while no one was paying proper attention to serving customers inside. The service needs to be better managed during peak times
