I was disappointed with my recent experience at this BP station. While I was being respectfully served by another staff member, a different staff member suddenly raised her voice at me, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Good customer service includes treating customers with respect, especially during simple interactions. I hope management can address this and ensure a more welcoming environment for everyone.

I'm new to the area and have recently started stopping in to this bp at about 6am every Tuesday-Friday mornings on my way to work and I must commend the girls who are working at that time, they are always bright and bubbly to each and every customer i see them interact with, the one with the tattoos is a light she seems to genuinely care what every person has to say and I always see her enjoying a conversation with customers, this is a pleasant environment to walk into so early in the morning and to start the day, well done BP Clarkson.

Massive long wait to pay at night. 1 staff member making coffee, cleaning etc whilst keeping customers waiting to pay for fuel.
