Called in for a hot coffee. I went in with the intention to redeem a couple of coffees on my Rewards card. According to the attendant I was unable to redeem said coffees because there was a problem with the App. Which I found strange seeing that I redeemed coffees the day before. I feel that it would be beneficial if all attendants know the procedure for this type of transaction. Also, there was only one person serving behind the counter and the store was very busy and there were a lot of unhappy customers. I'm sure that a huge company such as BP has enough funds to allow for at least a second attendant to help out. Penny pinching I think. Terrible.

Stopped in today (Boxing Day 2022) for a quick takeaway coffee on our way to Brisbane for a family get-together. We waited 25 minutes to place our order - in the drive through, - and a further 15 minutes before we were handed our order by a very flustered young lady who was taking orders, taking money and handing out the food as well as serving inside the cafe. That poor girl needs an extra bonus. Needless to say we were late. Time printed on the receipt was 9:27 am. Very poor management
