Empty- no kne at service station — was running low on fuel - waited for 5-7 minutes. Rang the bell, knocked on door even honked — then the guy cams out of the back still no attention towards pump on a call. RIDICULOUS

I had a disappointing experience at the BP fuel station today. The staff member named Sam at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. Good customer service is important, and I hope management addresses this issue to ensure customers are treated respectfully in the future.
