Their attitude was terrible; they knew someone was paying but they still wouldn't come out. If the person on duty isn't willing, they shouldn't be on duty at all.

Whoever is "singh" is needs introduced to soap, place has been mad smelling of BO since he started and it hits you in the face when you go to the desk He seems an alright guy, just hygiene at a low

Why is there no zero-star option on Google Reviews? I visited the BP branch, around 3PM Today to apply for an international driving permit. A staff member named 'Sxxxh' assisted me, but he showed absolutely zero interest in customer service and actually seemed rather bothered that I was there for the permit. But I couldn't care less how unpleasant it was, as all I needed was the permit. After I paid, he kept the permit right in front of him at the cash register instead of handing it to me. I had to lean over the counter to grab the permit myself. Despite being extremely unhappy with the service, I said, "Thanks, and have a good day, of course, there was no response to any of that, not surprise at all. If you really don’t want to be there or can’t handle interacting with customers, then you shouldn’t be working in there. I did not ask for a favor, and this was not a free service. It seems that customer service training is urgently needed.
