I’ve always thought highly of Marks & Spencer, which made this experience particularly disappointing. I was overcharged for an item, as the price displayed in-store was different from the price I was actually charged, which I only noticed when checking my receipt. I had made sure I was looking at the correct price at the time, so this was frustrating and unexpected. I expect better transparency and accuracy from a brand like M&S. Unfortunately, this has left me highly disappointed.

Why is it that the bp regularly has its shutters down in the morning? I wouldn’t mind but they won’t do any hot drinks through the night pay and I can’t understand why as other BPs do? Oh what a surprise shutters down at 5:13 in the morning on a Monday. Only selling fuel and tobacco. Not good at all
