Take your chance to taste great coffee. Sadly, if you look through the guests' comments, the staff is efficient at this cafe. A number of visitors suppose that the service is decent. Bp hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the BP in Hindhead thanks to Ivan, and the team, who delivered truly incredible customer service. Ivan was friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. On top of that, he made the best hot chocolate perfectly made, topped with cream and marshmallows, and honestly better than many cafés! It’s rare to come across service like this from the whole team and it really made my visit memorable. Ivan is a real credit to BP and the Hindhead team. Highly recommended!

The short elderly lady needs to be let go. She should not be working in a customer service role. Probably not qualified to do anything else. Potentially rascist, can't see any other reason why she'd either always chuck the things im buying at me. That's if she doesn't walk of as soon as she sees me. Contacting head office.
