Clients don't highly appreciate coffee at bp. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Here you will pay adequate prices. But google users rated this spot and it didn't receive a high rating.

Very disappointing visit! (16th July) After a long day of driving and being in stuck in traffic for hours I had to make a much needed stop at this site to have a rest before continuing my journey. Upon parking the car and walking to the main doors I noted that they were locked and gates pulled across inside. I then had to try and get the attention of the person inside by banging on the window as they were oblivious to the fact that anyone was waiting to be served. After getting their attention they came to the night pay window and asked rather rudely what I wanted so I asked for a coffee, a bottle of water, some sweets and some crisps. The lady (older lady) disappeared off to get items I had requested. When she came back she scanned my items and told me how much it came to but I couldn't hear her very well so asked her to repeat it. She then proceeded to shout the total at me very aggressively which shocked me. I then paid for my items and made a sharp exit back to my car before she could shout anything else. I have never in all my years of using service stations met anybody quite as rude as the lady I encountered at this site. I will NEVER be stopping at this site again if this how she treats customers!!

To whom it may concern. I visited the BP garage on the A14 Westbound last Thursday approximately 11.30ish. I was standing waiting to be served in a long queue. 1 poor woman was on the tills, serving customers, making the coffees in the cafe area, authorising pumps, authorising self service tills, running back and forth having to do everything herself. I understand places have staff shortages for whatever reasons but this really wasn’t fair on this poor woman, she looked exhausted. Then a small man with grey hair and glasses came walking out from the back area of the store, walked past the queue and stated there’s 2 self service tills, and walked off and started tidying the shelves? Instead of helping the person on the tills to get rid of the queue of customers. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me but the first time I went to the self serve as I was asked, scanned my goods, put the fuel In id had, to then realise its card only payment!! So then had to join the queue from the back again. This did not please me and if this is the way BP are moving forward then they have lost me as a loyal customer. Regards

We’re truly sorry to hear about your recent experience at our BP garage. We appreciate your understanding regarding staff shortages, but it’s clear that the service you received fell short of our standards. Your feedback about the queue and the self-service payment issues is valuable, and we will take it into account to improve our operations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
