To whome it may concern, I have been a loyal customer of your petrol station for the last 20 years. I find the staff friendly and helpful and know that the shop is run by good intellegent people. Until now, I have had no complaints. You have a thieving rat currently working for you and he needs to be fired ASAP because he is putting the good name of your petrol station at risk. This has happened before with the same staff member but I will prefer to explain the current incident. Earlier today (8th April) at around 12am, I drove my red hyundai i20 up to the bowser and put $55.02 of unleaded 95 petrol in it. Then I went to pay for it instore with $100.05 (in two $50 notes and a 5¢ coin) with the intent of buying $40 phone credit aswell as the petrol. This younger man at the service counter, who had spiky blonde hair and glasses gave me my change after declining my request for phone credit as he wasn't able (fair enough). So I put my change in a small black bag and went to IGA intown to get said credit. When I checked my change after parking, I discovered I was one $20 note short and walked back down to the BP petrol station to correct the issue. The blonde service man tried to weasel his way through explaining that my $55.02 worth of petrol somehow equated to $75.02... (I mean this literally). He realised that I wasn't interested in his bulls#!t and handed me the rest of my change. If he did this with me, he will be doing it to others. PS: I am not after anything other just trying to protect the public from a thief. Hoping to have this seen to ASAP. If I can be assured that this matter is going to be seen to, I will positively change my 3 star rating.
