Bad Review Very disappointing experience. Abdul Wahab did not serve coffee at 7 pm, which was quite frustrating. The service was not as expected, and I hope this issue is addressed in the future. If I’m here 6pm they would say we close at 5:30 it’s been there issue on regular basis.

Every time when I go there to shop, the service operator's at night or evening time is most likely I'll get to interact with south-asian descendant console operator but the thing is I'll always find kind of rude service with very serious faces with no greetings or welcoming to the customers may be cz I'm from same background but BP Australia is brand, I don't know how BP Australia is hiring the retail staff team with no proper training of customer service, literally they are putting down the brand name of BP as they are representing BP fuels plus always at the evening time they don't serve coffee so you should take the hoarding board of wild bean cafe cz they don't have any certain rules in any other branch of BP except their own rules moreover the staff won't even say in courteous manner all the time, like we can't do coffee after 6pm it's appalling. Please train your staff to be professional at customer service.
