Always the most expensive fuel in town! Diesel was 30c p/l cheaper at the Shell on the Sydney Rd, when I filled up the other day!

Visited this fuel station on 27 December while on a road trip passing through Mudgee and had a very unpleasant experience. The staff member on duty was extremely rude and aggressive, swearing in front of my wife and children. This behaviour was completely unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role and in the presence of families. I was genuinely shocked by the lack of basic customer service and professionalism. It makes you wonder how someone with no sense of respectful communication is employed in a service role. Unfortunately, I couldn’t recall his name, but he was a bald staff member working during that shift. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a fuel station. Management seriously needs to address staff behaviour and training.

BP Mudgee ~ 77 Church St, Mudgee NSW 2850 ~ For some reason I think BP stands for Best Petrol ~ which just recently filled up with BP Ultimate Diesel en-route to Sydney. Easy to find ~ just enter BP Mudgee into Google Maps and the Nav App will take you there. The pumps look modern, and work well and the figures are clearly displayed. Prices are reasonable which can be checked on the fuel App. The inside store has everthing you need for that long journey with some refreshments for the back seat travellers as well.
