From the guests' point of view, the staff is unprofessional here. In spite of the popularity among clients, the weak side of Applegreen Lower Earley is its satisfying service. As visitors indicate, appalling prices might disappoint you a little. Google users rated this place and it didn't earn a high rating.

Very disappointing experience at this petrol station parcel collection point today. I arrived around 4:55pm, before the 5:00pm parcel collection cut-off time, but the till staff name (starting with Gxxxxxxx) attempted to refuse my parcel collection. I was repeatedly asked for ID, yet still given different and inconsistent reasons for not releasing the parcel. Customers were not served on a first-come, first-served basis, which felt unfair while I was waiting to resolve the issue. Instead of properly checking the system or assisting, I was told to contact the courier and report the parcel as missing. The staff attitude was rude and unprofessional, making the situation unnecessarily stressful. Definitely not the level of service customers should expect.

Evri service in store is only between 8am-5pm even though that’s not what the Evri website says. Person behind the till said not my problem it’s the managements problem but no manager to speak with
