When visiting bp, it's a must to try good coffee. Most people suppose that the staff is attentive here. Terrific service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this place. But this spot has been rated below average by Google.

Under new management. All the staff are super friendly. Now has a extensive range of food ready to go. Freshly made sandwiches are now made onsite and they are amazing. Coffee made how I like it.

Absolutely disgusting service today when i went to get petrol. The only person behind the counter, who was a middle aged man wearing a coffee beans t shirt and no name tag, was making toasties. Not ONCE did he look up to check to see if there was any clientelle. The gentleman who came in after me, asked him nicely how long he would be, to which the man proceeded to yell at him, and tell him to have patience and that he was the only one there. The guy and myself were quite stunned by this aggressive reply. I then went to the counter and paid for my petrol, and the guy was very loud and condescendingly polite to me, It wasnt true politeness. It was unconfortable. My son was there with me. I then started leaving, and i could hear the guy haveing another go at the customer. I am just stunned at the fact that you employ such rude people. I had to tell my son, that that is absolutely NOT how you speak to customers, and then explain how you SHOULD speak to customers. I will not be using the bp in sebastopol again. That was utterly disgusting behaviour.
