Report incorrect information
We were on site for over 6 hours and whilst everyone else who passed us never asked if we were okay the manager of this BP Services station took the trouble to see if we were okay and seeing that we were struggling with having to wait so long for somebody to attend our breakdown brought us some coffee’s to help keep us going.
Suffice to say after he finished his shift at 6pm (Ryan) he left instructions for the staff taking over to continue supporting us while we waited.
It is so refreshing to see that there are still some great people about in these difficult and challenging times we currently find ourselves in.
Both Ryan and his staff should be recognised for their support to us.
The RAC eventually turned up at around 21-10pm.
