Poor customer service. The CSR “MEL” was uncooperative, inattentive, and disrespectful. She needs to change her grumpy attitude and be respectful for the customers. We are paying for the service, we don’t come there to bear your tantrums. She doesn’t need to lie about BP’s policies as well. And please take a Barista classes too. This experience was disappointing.
