Recent staff variations have lost me as a regular customer thanks to the dismissive and abrupt customer service I received on two occasions from the same person......and since there's a new servo about to open in Shoalwater, that's where I'll be going from now on.

No problems with the service, but could you get rid of the screens with looping McDonalds advert? Pretty annoying having the same 40second ad on loop while filling a full tank. I'll go to the shell down the road in the future as they don't feel the need to blast ads at me while already getting a couple hundred dollars out of me for fuel.
