I work for BP, but the guy on shift does not know how to do customer service. We ordered two Bischoff milkshakes, and he didn't follow the recipe to make it. It was runny and tasted more like a vanilla shake than a Bischoff since he put only one scoop. Later on, he did not greet or farewell at all. That was so passive-rude customer service.

I’m actually still very furious, how low the standards have dropped in BP! I walked in, greeted the staff at the coffee counter! I then proceed to order my coffee by the time I’ve grabbed my shopping the coffee will be ready, time sensitive and just thinking ahead. I told the CSR I will be grabbing some food, he had my cup ready however, the girl attending to the coffees seems half asleep on my return my coffee wasn’t ready other customers ordered after me received coffees. I asked if my coffee was ready? She looked at the machine as if my coffee will magically appear out of the machine. I was angry I left my lunch, didn’t proceed with the purchase and the coffee!! I could have added a sale on the day however due to poor customer service or actually zero to none customer service I decided to take my money and never return!! Customers follow others that rant about a business! I’m not happy!! I love my wild bean coffee however, will not return to this location! It’s these kind of workers who have no regard or appreciate the hourly wage, that give off this treatment to customers. It’s not our fault as the public they have left behind there country of birth to find employment in Australia actually paying more than they would have earned in their own countries! So why do we have to be punished with this sort of behaviour in the morning especially from representatives at the petrol station? Not happy customer!! Staff need to learn to appreciate customers, they pay your wages. Your lucky I’m giving you a 1 otherwise don’t deserve even a 1!

Very bad customer service. Man on the cash counter was very rude. Will not go there in future. He did scan my reward card but Instead of admitting he was blamming me. I request manager to tell him to have good manner and behave politely.
