Worst place to use give parking tickets for staying for 10 min

Popped in for fuel, coffee & something to eat. Fuel & coffee good, food counter food was all overcooked so gave that a miss.

bad service provided went to get a coffee from the machine paid for it and left i drove to egham and as i was drinking it the milk tasted off within a hour i came back i went back and the guy had switched shifts showed the guy there my transaction he said he can’t do nothing i felt absolutely sick after drinking it and his response sorry i can’t help i threw the coffee in the bin in front of him he said well you have come back within a hour i can’t return it so check you coffee or anything you buy before you leave this station i used to go everyday now i will go elsewhere BP needs to employee staff that can manage concerns this is a health and safety they did not change the milk and it was off this is the staffs responsibility to insure the machine has fresh milk and insure customers are satisfied i used to go every morning and occasionally in the evening and for fuel i will go out of my way but will not be giving my money here
