I can’t give even 1 star for this fuel station. I had coffee from this station 1 time before it’s like only water.again i tried 05/09/2026 Saturday at 2.17 am, that one also same like water. I put that in to bin. Then staff member talk to us very rude and he charged me money for that . Customer service is very bad.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this petrol station. The Indian female staff member was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Her attitude toward customers was unacceptable, and the way I was treated felt discriminatory and racially biased. Australia is a multicultural country, and customers should be treated with basic respect regardless of their background. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management takes customer service and discrimination complaints seriously and provides proper staff training.
