I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this petrol station. The Indian female staff member was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Her attitude toward customers was unacceptable, and the way I was treated felt discriminatory and racially biased. Australia is a multicultural country, and customers should be treated with basic respect regardless of their background. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management takes customer service and discrimination complaints seriously and provides proper staff training.
