Based on the guests' opinions, the staff can be unprofessional. A lot of guests highlight that the service is prompt. But google users haven't given bp a high rating.

They changed the formulation of V No Sugar, when they redesign the brand label. I discovered this when I just recently purchased the new and old can at this store, here are my reflections of their product for sale. I taste tested the new and old label design V No Sugar cans side-by-side, because both were available in stock. The new V No Sugar is smoother and creamier and sweeter. Kind of more like a vape flavour. The old V formulation was more bitter astringent and tangy then a cream vape. I'm not sure if other people are as noticing or specific as I am but at least to me they are very much noticeably different. This is much more so than pepsi vs coke, where the difference exist but is more subtle. I have been drinking energy drinks recently because coffee with the cost of living is so expensive now it's almost a luxury. Purchasing energy drinks heads up vs coffee is now for the first time in Australia cost-effective in comparative analysis if you caffeine source was a made beverage. I've probably drank half of the regular brand flavours you common at retail. V is always there, the Red Bull yeah it's fine bulllt personally most of the time I drink Monster as a caffeine source. When I wanna swap it out then normally the V is cheaper, on sale or on special. If I'm not getting what I am really looking for then I tend to preference cheaper options. That's how I have been arriving at drinking V as the decision choice matrix end event utilising my personal evaluation algorithm. If I'm not going to get what I want then I might as well just buy something cheap. Consumer of energy drink who don't reach for V or Red Bull first will then utilise these secondary preferences, when they're flavour buds tire of their first preference. V tastes different to most of the other energy drinks on the market. I always reach for No Sugar options and V did used to have bitterness in the flavour. As this is the only V I would really drink if I could at all avoid it I would prefernce something else with sugar. So this was the V I was drinking and it my secondary drink, energy drink. It is actually sad to see it go, as it was actually a good swap out. Staff were also rude.

I asked a worker to add member points to my account because I had forgot to tap in the card from the day before and he repeatedly said no no no although in the Bp rights and agreements as shown below you can add them after that. His name is HARJOT and he was very rude and refused to do this. By far the worst customer service ever I have ever experienced in my life!
