The employee at the counter was very friendly. The best part they spoke both English and German. Most of their food can be heated or eaten cold. Very clean place.

The toilet for small children under one year old had to pay a ticket to be able to enter with him. Normally, anywhere in Austria, on the highway and in other countries, it's free...

Desaster. BP´s “ultimate” is only 98 octan. No magazines in the store. Waiting 10 minutes to pay, people behind the counter disinterested in customers. Oh, and bathroom only at charge, which is becoming a norm these days.

You can reach them Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., by phone 0800 / 22 33 50 (free within Austria) or by email info@bpkundenservice.at. We understand that a fee for using the restroom facilities may not always be welcome. However, our facilities are regularly cleaned and maintained to provide you with a clean and pleasant environment. This fee enables our service station partners to maintain this level of service. Additionally, you receive a voucher of the same value, which you can redeem directly on-site or at other participating partners when making a purchase in the shop, bistro, or for refueling.
