The only thing that disappoints when you come to bp is the friendly staff. Professional service is what a number of guests point out characterizing this place. Many visitors who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

Friendly staff i shop daily to get my neighbours newspapers. Groceries are fresh and is kept lovely and clean inside. Petrol..car wash and you charge your electric car also.

Great atmosphere and excellent service, the staff and the owner are very kind and so helpful that they create a great vibe at Karachi! The food is great aswell

Staff where very helpful but wouldn't recommend using air and screen wash it took my £2.50 and impossible to get a refund because it's no a bp machine. I have emailed the company about there machine and no reply. This company let's down bp and marks &Spencer
