Try great coffee, it's a must while visiting bp. Most users indicate that the staff is gracious. A number of reviewers find that the service is terrific. But many people who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

New lad started on nights. Absolutely useless, he has no interest whatsoever. If he hasn’t disappeared he’s too busy on his phone. As a lorry driver I use here every night. We are all having the same problem it’s like you putting him out by having to serve you. Might have to start messing around to use luxmore instead where there is a good service. Please sort him out or replace him with someone who wants to work.

The car park is a well laid out and easy to access and the Starbucks is amazing, however the toilets in the main service building are not up to a usable standard due to the fact that the female toilets, which is also the disabled and baby changing, are out of service and have been for a long time which is not ideal for long long drives and they are also not clean and are in quite an appalling state. I hope to see them in usable conditions for the next time I arrive. Along side this there have been multiple issues recently with the EV charging, with many of them not working. I hope to see these issues resolved in the near future.

Just notice flat tyre. Aske staff at barnetby top garage to use air machine. Only takes debt or cards. No clear instructions. Waste 2 attempts. Not able to get it to work. Why woul you need a machine this complicated. To deliver air. Read all instructions Still no air Went back to member of staff he came out. Not a clue how to use it wasted another £1 £3 in total No way of giving a refund. It’s a joke drive home with flat tyre now need a new tyre Thanks a lot BP. Good service. Do you make such small profit that you have charge for. Air. Machine that nobody can use Will not use your service station again Mr. Kevin yearnshire
