We had an amazing stew at Liberation Nice France. Very traditional French cuisine, and the top-quality ribeye steak from Galis, Spain, was incredibly flavorful, cooked in a special charcoal grill. It was truly fantastic. One of the best steaks I've had in years. We also tried a French wine recommended by a friend—Brouilly. Definitely drink it while it's fresh! The fries were also excellent, and there were many spices to try. Be sure to try the delicatessen's spice powder; it's very spicy, but not too hot. The garlic sauce in the fries and meat was simply perfect. Authentic French cuisine, beautiful ambiance, and reasonable prices. The mojito cocktail was also flawless.
