Above all: Delicious food! And that is the most important thing in a restaurant. I do have some (constructive) feedback: Acoustics are not ideal, there is a lot of noise inside. The starter (lamb) comes in a kind of bowl-shaped plate, which makes it very difficult to cut (the plate falls over). Dessert contains hardly any rhubarb. Service could also be a bit more attentive: we all order meat but are not given carving knives, our wine glasses are only removed from the table at the end of the evening while we drink beer all evening, the plates of our starters remain on the table during the starter. It's no surprise that Baardman is a big surprise here in town! Walking by the other day and talking to the owner, I knew I had to come here one day. This is my lucky day! Sunshine and a terras and good wine and good food! I ordered the pulpo twice and will be back for more food and wine. Love this place.
