The best dishes are good cheesecakes. A lot of visitors order delicious wine.

Lovely small restaurant with amazing food - tapas style. Their fries are to die for. Cocktails could improve though. Service is amazing. The manager, Dris his name I think, does an amazing job for being around and checking on us all the time and making sure everything is fine. They even have a crazy good brunch open till 3pm on Saturdays & Sundays ONLY. Verdict : give it a try. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Halloumi, Shakshouka, Tasting Platter, Hummus, Mouhamara

I give my experience at Babacool MTL 3 stars. I expected more from it, the food was okay, nothing special. (note that all menu items are shared plates) Besides the food, the service was okay, but it does feel a bit rushed like others mentioned. There are better spots in View-Montreal that are in the similar price range with more generous portions.
