A very central restaurant right in Besiktas Carsi. They mostly look same here but this one originally belongs to Istanbulites. Prices are average, dicker with them in the beginning. For music inside, for the street atmosphere; you better choose outside.

Baliklar bayat ve cok kõtū. Asiri pahali. Soo expensive and not fresh. Service is very bad.
