Based upon their handling of our visit, I am going to give them kudos for listening, and apologizing. Ultimately any restaurant can have a misfire. In general we have really enjoyed Babbos and will be giving them another try soon. Their menu is very good, and the service is generally excellent.

This place has good food. I've been coming to Babbo for at least five years. Unfortunately I won't be going back. Every time I go there I wait forever for my food. Today was my first time at the new one and I was hoping it would be different but it was the same long ass wait for my food.
