If you happen to be near Oak Lawn, you can go to this restaurant. Mediterranean cuisine is recommended to try at Babel. The chef at this place cooks good chicken pita, hummus and lamb cutlets. Take a break and degust nicely cooked cheesecakes.
The success of this spot would be impossible without the well-trained staff. Fast service is something clients like here. Based on the guests' opinions, reasonable prices for nice food aren't about this restaurant. The modern decor and cozy ambiance let guests feel relaxed here. This was definitely an experience. I was pleasantly surprised. If you enjoy Mediterranean food this place is for you. The atmosphere is relaxing. The service is impeccable and the food was amazing. Because it was Mother's day, they handed out single stem roses to all the Moms. Such a sweet and thoughtful detail. We will definitely be returning. Very good experience. The staff was very attentive. The shish barak was so good. Very simple but deeply flavorful. The lamb chop was also beautifully flavored but also super tender. Felt like the salt was smoked. Best grape leaves I've ever had. Full of savory meat, cheese, and rice. Small but very good. They have a great mastic ice cream that you should try. Very aromatic and herbal flavor while adding a great tacky texture. Price per person: $50–60

Babel Restaurant in Dallas and WOW. Every single dish hit. We had the basil-flavored hummus, tabbouleh, truffle fries, batata harra, stuffed lamb ravioli, and a chicken bowl (I think it was called Chicken Kawtoo?) — and everything was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. The batata harra had the perfect kick, and the lamb ravioli was rich and unforgettable. Our server, Edelinana, was amazing. She was attentive, professional, and gave great recommendations, including convincing us to try the pistachio cheesecake, which was absolutely worth it. So good. The music was lively and set the perfect vibe for the night. Between the food, service, and atmosphere, it was truly one of my favorite dining experiences in Dallas. I’ll definitely be back.
