What can I say... fantastic vibe to this place, no matter what time of day you visit. The food is sooooo tasty, and always well presented. The staff are always, always, friendly, without being over-attentive. It's little wonder this place can get busy. Informal dress, if you worry about that stuff. Highly recommended, especially just to test out the well thought out tapas menu. A true nugget in the business quarter of town.

This was the second time we dined at Bacaro, the first time was very pleasant with great service and the food was delicious. The second time we dined at Bacaro the food was still excellent however the service was shocking to say the least, after we were seated we waited 20 minutes before we had to get the attention of a staff member to take our drinks order. We placed our food order at the same time as we had already waited long enough. Our meals arrived before the drinks did, even though we could see our drinks waiting at the bar. We had the same issue with requesting the bill and paying, waiting 15 minutes to pay after we received the bill. Overall it was apparent there needs to be some floor management with the staff as they seemed all over the place and no one knew which patrons were served or not. Overall its an amazing restaurant but the service needs to be better managed.
