I had a great experience at Bachata Rosa! The atmosphere was nice, and the service was excellent. I didn’t even notice I was charged for a drink that I didn’t get, but the staff handled it with no hesitation. The lady I spoke to was kind and immediately refunded me, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and an overall enjoyable time – I’ll definitely be back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
