Love this place! The ambiance is spectacular. Our waiter Julian did a wonderful job. Very friendly staff. We got the omelette with the potatoes. We got the flat white coffee, and the bread guayaba and cream. I highly recommend trying this out. It is worth it. Kg Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A great experience in Merida. The place is awesome. We tried different pastries and everything was amazing. Customer service was oit the roof. Meal type: Other Price per person: $100–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was a beautiful space, but the servers were rude and ignored us. They were all gathered talking and were annoyed when I asked one walking by if we could order. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars to service is because of one lady who worked there and stepped in to wit on our table- Jessica, she was awesome! She seemed to be doing the work of 3 people and the o the others were just socializing. The food was good but not amazing and took almost 45 minutes to get. The decorations are beautiful but it was very cold inside the space and we didn’t bring coats bc it was so hot elsewhere. Idk, I won’t be back. But Jessica deserves a promotion or raise!
