I observed that dirty trays were just shaken off and not washed or wiped. Hygiene looks different. I wonder what it looks like behind shelves in the rest of the store. It's just disgusting to me. Dirty paper was picked up and without washing hands, coffee cups were touched with dirty hands. It's clear a case for the public order office and food control disease is easier to get one star is still too much.
