The intimate atmosphere of The Backlot allows visitors to relax after a hard working day. The well-trained staff welcomes guests all year round. The cool service is a great advantage of this place. Backlot has been my sanctuary for the past two years since I came of age. None of my friends knew I was gay until last weekend when I finally came out to them and my parents, despite my nervousness. The experience went well, thanks to managers support and Dion’s long-time encouragement. I now feel much less stressed. I want to express my gratitude to Backlot for providing a safe and welcoming environment. Price per person: $20–30

I went to the Backlot Pub this weekend after not visiting for several years. I used to go a couple of times a week about four years ago. I had a fantastic time and experienced excellent service. A woman named Andrea and Dion, whom I recognized, were both smiling and engaging with all the customers despite how busy it was. I was so impressed and had such a great time that I’ll definitely be back this weekend. I’m looking forward to seeing both of them again. Thanks, Backlot—I missed this place more than I realized.
