Disenchanted and disillusioned by the outstandingly terrible service; a stale chicken was served to us and complaint was met with irresponsible and defensive rhetoric. No acknowledgement of the terrible oversight nor apology. This is the worst service ever received. Food: 1 Service: 1 Meal type: Dinner
