From the moment you walk in, you can feel the amazing vibe. The whole team is genuinely happy, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making you feel like a regular even on your first visit.

The food is on another level. Everything tastes homemade, prepared with premium-quality ingredients, and you can tell that every plate is made with real care. The Berry Pancakes were absolutely unforgettable—light, fluffy, loaded with fresh berries, and bursting with incredibly fresh flavour. They looked just as amazing as they tasted, with every little detail beautifully presented.

The premium coffee was perfectly crafted and paired beautifully with breakfast. Between the stunning presentation, exceptional food, outstanding coffee, and the warm atmosphere, this is easily one of the best cafés on the Sunshine Coast. A true five-star experience!

Absolutely loved this place! The food was delicious, especially the pão de queijo, which tasted just like home, and the wrap was absolutely amazing. Everything was fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully prepared. If you’re on the Sunshine Coast and looking for good food and great coffee, I highly recommend stopping by. I’ll definitely be back! It’s no surprise that Backstreet Café has been voted the best café on the Sunshine Coast. From the moment you arrive, you can tell why it has earned such an incredible reputation. I had the Berry Pancake and the Biscoff Pancake, and both were absolutely outstanding. Everything is made in-house, and you can truly taste the difference. The pancakes were incredibly light, fluffy, and perfectly cooked, topped with fresh, high-quality ingredients that made every bite memorable. The coffee was exceptional, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive. It’s rare to find a café that delivers on every level, but Backstreet Café exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, it’s one of the best breakfast and brunch experiences I’ve had on the Sunshine Coast. Highly recommended I can’t wait to come back!
