Dear Walid,thank you for your review. Unfortunately, it can always get a little louder around the train station and in frequently visited places. We wish that all of our guests feel comfortable with us. This of course also includes friendly and respectful interaction with one another. We are sorry that we apparently did not live up to this claim on your last visit.We also do our best to prevent the pigeons from entering the stores. We have been in contact with food monitoring for a long time and are developing solutions such as extra curtains or animal-friendly pigeon repellants to keep other animals away from our store.
