Backyard Kitchen was a huge success every time I passed by at night, and I was finally able to go there for lunch. The target is Taiwanese Mazesoba Boiled dumplings are topped with menma, green onions, chives, seaweed, minced meat, egg yolk, and fish meal. All the ingredients have a nice texture and are crunchy, and the egg yolk is thick and delicious. The best part of mazesoba is the battle with yourself to find out how to mix it evenly.Sometimes mazesoba is uneven depending on how well it is mixed, but I think Backyard Kitchen's recipe is perfect as a whole, as if it was calculated. The rice is just the right amount, and when you add the garlic and curry powder for a different taste, it becomes even more delicious.
