We were informed that Bacon was famous for their bouillabaisse which required 24 hours ordering. We were seated promptly but the service was indifferent. Two of us informed the waiter that we had ordered the bouillabaisse in advance. The waiter strongly advised against ordering an entree beforehand. The rest of our party ordered off the menu. We ordered cocktails and wine. Once the bouillabaisse arrived in an attractive toureen, the waiter fillet some white fish, placed it in a serving bowl and poured to broth over the fish and served it. The flavor was good but I failed to see what all the 24 hours pre-preparation was all about. There was no shell fish or any other garnish included. The "second course" was another bowl of the same! Who ever gets 2 bowls of the same soup? Very over-priced and hyped for a restaurant. Save your time and money....
